Mosman Luxury Renovation
Project Overview
High-end renovations demand a high-end finish. This Mosman property underwent a complete architectural overhaul, featuring custom timber joinery, imported marble countertops, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass taking in harbor views. The builders needed a meticulous cleaning team to prepare the home for the owner's return.
Given the delicate nature of the materials, standard abrasive cleaning was out of the question. We used soft microfiber, pH-neutral cleaners for the marble, and specialized wood cleaners for the joinery. The removal of plaster dust was our biggest challenge; we utilized HEPA-filtered vacuums on walls, ceilings, and inside every single new drawer and cabinet.
The exterior glass was cleaned to perfection, removing all construction residue and allowing the harbor views to take center stage. We returned for a final 'white-glove' wipe down the day before handover.
The builders were able to present a flawless home to their clients.
